If you are interested in volunteering some of your time to help out at the centre there are a range of different opportunities for you here. You might want to gain important skills to help with your future career, or maybe you’ve decided you want to change jobs and would like to get a taste of what youth worker is all about. Alternatively you might have some spare time on your hands and want to give something back to the community. You might also be a dab hand at DIY, want to drive one of the minibuses, have a passion for admin and databases or have other skills that you think an organisation like the Huddleston Centre might benefit from then get in touch with Fayruz Naouar, the volunteer co-ordinator, who will be able to talk to you some more about how you can get involved.

Volunteering at the centre
We had a bumper day in the sun on Saturday 17th April with plenty of people turning up for the jumble sale run by volunteers from the Huddleston Centre and Little Buds nursery to raise funds for the centre.
See the photos below of volunteers from KPMG who came to centre for one day to paint, decorate and clean up the bushes around the side of the centre. They did a brilliant job and we greatly appreciate the time they gave.
