The Access Project

The Access Project provides one-to-one support for young people with high or complex support needs, so that they can access the Key Connection Leisure sessions at Britannia. We offer a link worker as well as transport, and offer home visits at the beginning and end of each term to establish any change in support needs and then at the end to feedback on how the term has been. Members who attend are also supported in filling out a leisure diary, a copy of which goes back to the parent / carer so that they have a record of what’s going on week by week as well.

The club runs evert Wednesday, term time. We offer a pick up and drop off service, although school transport can drop members off at the centre straight from school, and we can provide transport for drop offs.

Pick up times : 3:30 – 4:30

Drop off times : 6:30 – 7:30

Click here if you’re a young person and you want to put up your favorite youtube videos and web links – You will need the password so ask one of the workers if you havent been given it yet.
